Carb Timing is Key

Okay so sugar isnt the king evil, all the time. Sometimes you can use this evil for you own good in self controlled moderation. I introduce you to Dextrose.

Dextrose is a highly refined monosaccharide and is the primary source of fuel for the body. Dextrose enters the bloodstream faster and is burned off easier. Which means it is less likely to be stored as fat.

I switched from stimulant dependent pre-workouts to non stimulant mixes and have added dextrose to them.

But because this is adding sugar to my diet and made sure I reduced sugar in my meals throughout the day, and to help, I took a mix of carb blockers to assist.

he results are still forthcoming. I’ve lost 0.8 pounds and 0.4% body fat in 2 1/2 weeks. Now that doesn’t sound very impressive BUT my goal is NOT to lose weight but only fat. I want to GAIN lean mass which is heavier than fat. The result I’m looking for is a reduction of body fat and an increase in lean mass. In the past 2 1/2 weeks I am starting to see this positive trend.
